Sources and credits
Two sources, quoted where used, and the gaps listed rather than filled.
This is an independent site for Parish, built from the two public sources that describe it. There is no company website to copy: joinparish.com is a parked domain, and no product site, app listing or press kit could be found.
The short version. The company’s LinkedIn profile supplies the description, size, industry and founding year. A GeekWire article supplies the location, the founder, the product name and the incubator. Everything else on this site is written around those facts, and marked where it stops.
Provenance
Where each claim comes from
- The tagline — LinkedIn: “Developer of credit-building financial technology that leverages recurring criminal legal system payments.”
- The company description — LinkedIn “About us”: “Parish Tec is a financial technology startup that catalyzes credit worthiness and provides AI powered reentry support for justice-impacted communities.”
- Founded 2024, 2–10 employees, privately held, Financial Services — the LinkedIn company details panel.
- Milwaukee, the product name Jump, the founder, the credit-bureau reporting — GeekWire, 23 July 2025: “turns justice-related financial obligations into credit-building opportunities for families impacted by incarceration. Through its flagship product, Jump, the platform enables users to report payments to major credit bureaus, helping them build credit, improve financial stability, and break the cycle of generational poverty.” and the article’s caption naming Will Taylor as founder and CEO.
- The Curinos FinTech Incubator cohort — the same article, which reports Parish as one of three startups in the inaugural cohort at UW CoMotion in Seattle.
- The logo — the company’s LinkedIn profile image: a white “Parish” wordmark on #0000FE.
What this site does not claim
The gaps, listed
- No launch date, pricing or eligibility for Jump is published, so none appears here.
- No named partners. The partner page describes the roles a reporting product needs, not organisations Parish works with.
- No customer results. The company has published no figures for members served, score changes or defaults.
- No team beyond the founder. LinkedIn shows eight employees but only one name is public.
- No screenshots. The phone and flow diagrams are drawn from written descriptions and are labelled as illustrations.
- No contact details. No address, phone or email is published; the LinkedIn page is the verified channel.
